I’m a Colorado native and Denver’s Apartment Aunt. I help busy people like you find a great apartment hassle free.

Every family has that aunt — the one who shows up early, brings snacks, tells you the truth even when you don’t want to hear it, and inspects your bathroom like she’s doing an FBI sweep. In Denver, that’s me… just for apartments. I help you navigate the rental chaos without getting tricked by outdated listings, mystery fees, or buildings that smell like bad decisions.

I focus on newer and luxury properties because I help you the way I’d help my own family — meaning I’m not letting you end up somewhere sketchy, crusty, or “full of character” in the wrong way. There may be thousands of apartments in Denver, but only a few pass the Auntie Criteria™. I’m constantly touring, vetting, and side-eyeing buildings across the city so you don’t waste time or get catfished by cute photos hiding tragic realities. Plus, the places I recommend often have killer deals that will save you money — which as an auntie I like because you need to save!

My service is 100% free as the apartments pay me, not you. I don’t get paid until after you sign a lease and move in. If you’re planning to move in the next 30–60 days, we can start immediately. If your move is further out, I still want your details — we’ll just wait to search until pricing and availability are accurate. And as any good auntie will tell you… stop vaping.

Once you’ve applied for a lease, I’ll continue to be in contact with the property and you to make sure all goes smoothly. When move-in day comes around….if you’ve been good and stop vaping, maybe you’ll get some cookies to go along with your perfect new pad!
